It doesn't matter if you arenear or far, you are more than welcome to pop in, say hi, have a chat or join us for a cuppa and craft. Sewing & all sorts of crafts for very low cost in the Wyong shire, eg, Gorokan, Toukley, Lake Haven, San Remo & Warnervale areas. It doesn't matter if you are outside of these areas, if you can make it to Her Cave Inc., you are more than welcome here.

We are “Labeled !”
We are now placing labels on on all items we make to be donated or sold. We decided it made a nice finish to our crafted pieces, so our members or friends of Her Cave inc. Who are happy to have the label on their items they donate to go to charity or for sale!
These beanies have just been made and will help keep some peoples’ heads warm this winter! 🥶

One of our ladies has found her niche in crafting & has a couple of other women (who are new to Her Cave) starting the last of the blank clocks we were donated by Tanya Smith about two years ago among other items that we have been donated. Now getting low on some items as they have all been decorated, etc. Thanks to Tanya we have had lots of fun with the items & the looks on the members faces when completed are something to remember!!
Here is one of the last 3 clocks to be decorated with a little help from you know who as Tracy has a bit of a problem with one of her hands, so what she couldn’t do, I helped but all her design.
Congrats Tracy, well done and we await your next project which I know you have done by yourself!
Plus we have Merryn’s & Sharon’s clocks to be finished, which we will share with you soon!

Good afternoon everyone !

Hope you’re all happy and healthy. Here are some pictures of what we have just handed over to Tony of The Bikers Hand on the weekend. We also handed over 20 blankets & knee rugs plus other sizes to Wyong Hospital!
89 blankets from knee rug size though to single size bed.
13 pairs of woollen bed socks.
76 beanies ranging from premmie to adult.
15 scarves.
7 pairs of baby booties.
We are now a little less cluttered, especially in our storage unit! I didn’t know we had that amount ready to donate onward to those who require these beautiful pieces we made as well as ones that were given to us by others that couldn’t donate to the right persons.
If you have wool (8 ply preferred if possible) that you have had for a while and haven’t had the time or other, we would really appreciate the donation as well do still have more organisations who can knit or crochet these beanies, rugs, etc. We have cleared the path to be able to start making the nect lot!
Maybe you or someone you know can do crochet or knitting with the wool…
