Katherine's Community Safety Action Group is taking shape – but there's still time to put your hand up.

We're looking for people from a broad range of backgrounds who care about making Katherine a safer, more liveable community and are willing to work together to find practical solutions.

We're particularly keen to hear from people with experience or perspectives in areas such as:
• Youth and family services
• Education and training
• Health and well-being
• Community and cultural leadership
• Business and the local economy
• Sport and recreation
• Emergency services and frontline response
• Community safety and crime prevention
• Working with vulnerable people
• Advocacy, collaboration and problem-solving

You don't need to have all the answers. We want people who can listen, share ideas, work respectfully with others and bring their lived experience, professional expertise or community knowledge to the table.

Expressions of Interest close at 12 noon on Friday, 19 June 2026.
