1900+ stairs, up & down, up & down!
Over $285,000 raised!

Firies Climb for Motor Neurone Disease once again showed what can be achieved when a community comes together for a great cause.

Firefighters from across the region led the charge, joined by supporters, family members, local businesses and community members, all taking on the iconic Furber Stairs for 24 hours to raise vital funds and awareness for MND.

You're all legends! We can't wait for next year... might even have a few new people signed up ;)

Did you know there’s a must‑see hidden gem waiting at the bottom of our Scenic World train station?

When you step onto the boardwalk, turn right instead of left and you’ll find a short 20‑minute walk that takes you right to the base of Katoomba Falls.

Standing at the bottom and looking up is an incredible, can’t‑miss experience and you’re already down there, so why not go and see it for yourself? This is one walk you’ll be glad you didn’t skip.

Final weekend alert!

The Gruffalo is heading into hibernation this Sunday at 5pm, making this your last chance to visit him at Scenic World. Bring the family, explore the ancient rainforest, and snap a photo with the beloved storybook character before he disappears into the woods.

See you before 5pm Sunday!

We went behind the scenes with Jala Jala AU , a proudly First Nations female-owned chocolate brand, to capture the craftsmanship, care and attention that goes into every piece. From chocolate being poured and crafted by hand to arriving on our shelves, this is the journey behind one of our newest retail offerings.

Next time you're visiting Scenic World, treat yourself to a taste of Australia's native flavours.

Visiting for the ? Extend your running adventure and experience some of the Blue Mountains' most iconic trails and unforgettable scenery.

Local Tom says 'Anything that takes you down into the Grose Valley and along the Grose River, around Blackheath. There’s plenty of link up potential once you're down there, so distance and elevation is a choose your own adventure deal. Though be warned, you’re not getting of the valley without climbing 600m+. What goes down, must come up! This is for more experienced runners. No/minimal reception, active navigation in sections and a lot of time on feet for distance traveled. Be prepared! If it’s rained enough recently, the river flows nicely for a water top up and swim.

From Blackheath you can head down Perrys Lookdown or Horse Track (off the Grand Canyon track), then choose your poison. Head up Lockley’s or Pierces Pass on the other side of the Valley. Or Twin Falls further upstream, then back down and out. It’s incredible single track running with mega vert'
