Friday will see crews head down to the Blue mountains so they are there bright and early Saturday morning to kick off the Firies Climb for Motor Neurone Disease

This little fella is keen as, in a few more years heโ€™ll be our next recruit!!!!
But until heโ€™s old enough, weโ€™re looking for a local community minded person who wants to join us as an On Call Firefighter.

Crews from Fire and Rescue NSW Station 344 Kearsley Fire and Rescue NSW Station 220 Bellbird Fire and Rescue NSW Station 254 Cessnock and Fire and Rescue NSW Station 382 Morpeth attended the Nulkaba parkrun this morning to raise awareness for the Firies Climb for Motor Neurone Disease.
Great turnout, beautiful almost spring morning to see everyone in their tutus and Dan Repacholi MP and the crew from RIP Training Cessnock supporting us.

๐Ÿ”ฅ MN3 FIRIES ARE TAKING ON NULKABA PARKRUN! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This Saturday 22 August, the MN3 Firies team will be taking on Nulkaba Parkrun.

Our team will be walking the course in full firefighting gear as part of our preparation for the upcoming Firies Climb for Motor Neurone Disease.

Weโ€™ll have our fire appliances there and will be hanging around after the event to chat with the community about home fire safety, including how you can book your FREE Home Fire Safety Visit. ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Weโ€™ll also have a QR code available for anyone who would like to make a direct donation to support the Foundation. Every donation helps! ๐Ÿ’™

While taking part in the event, our appliances and crew will remain readily available to respond should an incident arise, ensuring we can continue to keep our community safe.
