Our participants took part in a basic welding course from the Central Regional TAFE.

Besides practical welding skills, the training helped participants build confidence in their employment capabilities and provided the opportunity to connect with others in the course.

This activity was part of the Remote Australia Employment Service that Real Futures delivers in Carnavon, WA.

Real Futures staff also had the chance to share about the employment and training pathway supports that we offer to participants.

In this photo, our 7-year-old BBQ is getting much-needed welding attention and being strengthened for many more years of future sizzles!
