KA had an excellent day at Calmsley Hill City Farm! We saw lots of animals, and we loved giving the lambs and goats lots of pats. The students were able to experience milking a cow, watch a working dog round up the sheep and see a sheep shearer at work. One of the highlights was the whip cracking show. Students were even invited to have a go themselves (with help from our farmer friend!). The tractor ride was also lots of fun and another highlight of our farm visit. 🐷🐄

Many hands make light work!
What a tremendous day we had yesterday for our Working Bee. Lots of gardening, mulching, weeding, raking, edging and hedging plus many other maintenance jobs. 🍁🌳
A HUGE thank you to the P & C and the 20+ families that attended on the day. Awesome job team!🏆

Congratulations to all our students who represented the school at the Zone Cross Country Carnival. They all showed great determination in their 2km/3km races competing against 100 other athletes.

Outstanding performances by Lincoln (4th) and Vlad (8th) in the 8/9s boys race who now progress to the Sydney West Championships later this term. Carter (9th) also ran strongly and is a first reserve. ⭐️

There were many top 20 finishes by Kenthurst students which is a fantastic effort.👏

We are very proud of you all!

Ben enjoyed attending The Pathways to Dreaming program today, which included an on-campus experience day at UWS. He participated in exciting workshops exploring various areas of study such as Nursing, Medicine, Engineering, Science, and more. The program also featured cultural activities that celebrate identity and inspire students to dream big for their futures. -engineer

What a fantastic morning we had today for our Mother’s Day Breakfast. Thank you to the P & C and all our other wonderful volunteers who set up prior to the event. It looked amazing! There were 20 prizes on offer as part of the raffle so a big thank you to our local sponsors and to those who donated vouchers. Our stall was a big hit as well! There was so much to choose from. 🎁
We hope all our mothers and grandmothers have a very special Mother’s Day on Sunday 🌷🩷

We were so proud to see all our students honour the service of the ANZACs so thoughtfully at our Assembly. The leaders spoke to the students about the importance of this significant day, paying tribute to the bravery and sacrifice by the servicemen and women, both past and present. Students were able to lay wreaths near the flagpole, reflecting on the courage shown and honouring those who have served.
Our leaders will represent the school and various local services over the coming days.
