The last day of school is a chance to celebrate with your mates.

But there’s a difference between a harmless prank and something that leaves behind the damage, injuries or a police report.

Have fun but stay safe.

It might seem funny. It might even look cool. Until it's not.

Egging, tagging, damaging property, breaking into your school after hours isn't just a prank.

They're offences that can have real consequences long after graduation is over.

Have fun, celebrate finishing school and make it a day you'll remember for the right reasons.

Because going viral is one thing. Explaining yourself to police is another.

We would like to hear from you 😃

As part of Victoria Police’s Activation Trial, our members are out in the local community visiting local retailers, doing high visibility walk throughs of priority policing locations, and taking the time to hear directly from the community as to what matters most to them. These conversations provide us the opportunity to provide retailers practical crime prevention and safety advice and focus our patrols where they can make the greatest difference.
