🌈 On Friday, August 28, Kingswood High School and their AE (Absolutely Everybody) Team proudly celebrated Wear It Purple Day! 💜
Students enjoyed purple jelly, free wristbands, and stickers, all while showing strong pride in diversity and inclusion.
A big thank you to our amazing staff and teachers who wore purple and supported this important cause. Together, we stand for peace, love, and inclusion! ✨

Year 12 School Captain Courtney G was one of fifteen returning Agents at the National Leadership Camp by Burn Bright.
As a returning Agent, she developed her leadership and supported new delegates through four days focused on Values, Service, Grit, and Vision.
Courtney encouraged authentic leadership and shared her journey with over 100 students.
Her message was simple: “I want you to remember that leaders aren’t the ones who seem perfect, but those who have the courage to be authentic.”

🏆 Last Thursday, members of the KHS chess team competed in the Semi-Final of the Interschool Chess Challenge, finishing an impressive 3rd place and securing their spot in the State Final this September! 🎉

Special Congratulations to Adib and Elias for finishing 5th and 6th overall in the individual prizes.

This achievement adds to our fantastic season, with both Junior and Intermediate Chess Teams finishing 2nd in their Metropolitan Chess Competition divisions. ♟️👏

Well done to all players for their hard work and dedication!
