Hercules Road SS is celebrating our Golden Jubilee - 1976 - 2026.

Join us to reminisce and share stories on Friday 31st July. Memorabilia displays and school tours between 2:30 - 5:40pm. Community phot and 50th celebration time capsule burial between 5:40 - 6pm.

Yesterday and last week, Judah from Year 5 went to the Sunshine Coast School Sport trials for boys softball. Judah and all the boys played well and won all their games. Judah made it into the possible/probables match, but unfortunately he was not selected into the regional team for state championships. Great job Judah!

Our Prep students had an exciting hands-on learning experience during a special animal incursion, where they met and observed a wide range of fascinating animals. This engaging experience supported their learning in this term’s Science unit on Living Things, helping them explore the features and needs of different animals in a memorable way.

Today our little Hercs welcomed Alana from Bunnings Rothwell to share our garden themed morning.

On Wednesday Night we took three teams to the annual, “Battle of the Brains” competition for the Moreton Bay Region. Our students were excited to take their place amongst students from a number of different schools.

Always a tight competition we had a very close final round that needed a bonus round to decide the placings. Hercules Road took out third position with our Koala Champs 2 team. Great work to all the teams participating in this fun event.

Thank you to all students and parents who attended and contributed to an enjoyable night for all. Congratulations to all our students for participating in the, “Battle of the Brains” competition.
