8:30am – 4:30pm
$170 pp

The course provides an excellent general grounding in first aid and will enable you to perform appropriate first aid procedures and basic life support skills.

This course satisfies training requirements across a range of community and workplace settings and includes:
- DRSABCD St John Action Plan
- Recovery Position
- Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with ARC Guidelines including infant and adult
- Access and operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) during a cardiac arrest
- Provide first aid in accordance with first aid principles and practices
- Participate in a variety of scenarios

It's National Road Safety Week and St John WA, along with our friends Road Safety Commission Western Australia, Western Australia Police Force, Department of Fire and Emergency Services WA, want to remind you what to do when you see flashing lights and hear sirens. 🚨

1. Stay calm and check your surroundings.
2. Safely merge to the left.
3. If you can't move over? Slow down and indicate left until the emergency vehicle has passed.
4. Don't break the law (remember not to go through red lights).
