Cheers to all the dads, grandads, uncles and father figures this Father’s Day. Thanks for everything you do, and for all the questionable advice, terrible jokes and handy little jobs that somehow require three trips to Bunnings.

Hope you’ve something fun today - had a few b**rs with the family, put down a brew, smoked some meat, fired up the barbie or just enjoyed this cracking spring weather.

Our number 1 Dad was hard at work filling kegs and pouring b**rs at . Maybe we’ll let him celebrate next weekend. 🍻

🌾 VOYAGER BULK GRAIN PRE-ORDER — CLOSES FRIDAY 🌾

We're placing our next Voyager Craft Malt bulk order this Friday 14 August - now's your chance to get in on it.

We don't keep a huge stock of 25kg bulk bags in the shop, the grain we hold on hand is for custom grain bills. So if you're after a specific Voyager grain in bulk, this pre-order run is how we make it happen.

🥃 How close is it to the real deal? Pretty bloody close, apparently.

If you're a Maker's Mark drinker, the Black Label Makers Mark Bourbon Essence is one worth trying.

Don't just take our word for it, the 5-star reviews do a pretty good job of selling this one:

⭐ "Every bit as good as the bought, if not better."

⭐ "The quality is very high."

It's smooth, rich and nicely balanced, with caramel, vanilla, warm spice and oak - without the heavy caramel flavour you can get from some bourbon essences.

And as one reviewer pointed out, it's a whole lot easier than mucking around with chips and staves.

Just add it to vodka or your neutral spirit, give it a mix and you're away.

Available in sizes to make 2L, 5L, 10L or 40L.

If Maker's is your usual drop, give this one a crack. At a fraction of the price of the real thing, you might be very pleasantly surprised. 🥃
