Southern Business Women's Network Inc

Southern Business Women's Network Inc The Southern Business Women's Network Inc. (SBWN) is a membership based network, run by women for women. What are you waiting for?

The Networks mission is to provide opportunities for established and aspiring business owners and industry prodessionals to connect and learn. The SBWN is a place for women to connect, gain skills, support one another and take time out of their busy lives to share business successes and challenges, learn from each other and nurture friendships. We juggle work, family, friends and community commitm

ents, and come together for events, workshops and training sessions, and stay in touch via the usual social media channels. Membership is open to all women in business - owners, managers, employees and those thinking of starting a business. Our members generally live and work in the Bass Coast and South Gippsland regions. What brings our members together is a desire and willingness to be open to new experiences and ways of thinking, to support each other and have lots of laughs along the way! The SBWN is run by a volunteer committee who welcome ideas and suggestions, and are always on the look-out for members to step up and actively engage in shaping the network and its membership benefits. Everything we do is about providing opportunities for business women to connect and learn. Joining the SBWN is the best way to develop a strong local business network and nurture new friendships with a fabulous bunch of women! Check out www.sbwn.com.au for full details about how to join and upcoming events.

Last night we thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic evening of connection, delicious food, laughter (as well as a few tears), paired with great company and beautiful artwork.

Fiona Kennedy - Artist, Business Woman & Mother. WOW! We learned more about her story and artistic process, and each guest received a personalized gift. What a treat!

Bluette on Bear also treated us to their exceptional food and outstanding service, ensuring we felt extremely well taken care of. Our sincere gratitude goes to them and their staff.

The Health & Healing Collective and also Jill Wellard, Sue & Hayleigh from Kin Goods, generously donated door prizes, won by Ann-Marie Hepple, and Angela Taylor.

If you are interested in donating a door prize for a future event, you will also have the opportunity to discuss your business at the event, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you spot someone you know in the pictures? Tag them to let them know you have seen them.

Put next months event in your calendar, Thursday May 21st at Foster Golf Club. Our speakers are Evangeline Ellis & Naomi Mellor and the topic is: LIFE, IN BALANCE - Thriving through the changes of menopause, and a fresh look at work/life balance.

See you there!
