🌷Spring is coming to Leura Village!

Save the date - The Leura Village Fair is on Sat - Sun, 10 & 11 October and our wonderful local stallholders, cafe's boutiques and independent stores can't wait to welcome you. Beautiful finds, delicious food stalls with incredible menu's from high tea to lobster rolls and that unmistakable Leura charm along the mall. Sad to see another independent business close. Wishing the Backhouse on Wentworth team all the best.

Little village farewells are felt well beyond the closing of a door. Places leave their history behind.

Today, the Bakehouse on Wentworth served its last customers, marking the end of an era.

A favourite stopping place over the last two decades, many a day trip was happily diverted for their treats, making this farewell feel all the more poignant.

Small independent businesses help shape the places we call home. Their absence leaves a space that cannot simply be filled.

Thank you for the years of good food, friendly service and memories. We wish the Bakehouse team all the very best for whatever comes next.
