The first seeds are sprouting and the second crop has been planted. Look out for our fresh edamame late December/early January.

Hello all,

We are fast approaching the end of our edamame season. However, we still have plenty of delicious beans left on the remaining plants.

We are selling 500 grams bags of beans for $10. We will be preparing orders and you can collect them from our mailbox at 630 Bucca Road. There will be a jar to leave cash or direct deposit can be arranged to avoid the use of cash in our current climate.

What an amazing response we have had already! Thank you to you all for your well wishes and support towards our new business. We are feeling immense pride in our community spirit with many individuals and businesses trying our edamame beans. We still have plenty of stock available. Thank you for liking our page. We are having a successful launch of our first produce with many bags going out to happy customers.

Plenty more still available. If you are interested I can meet you at Coffs Homebase most afternoons or you can come to our property on Bucca Road and pick your own.

Edamame is a delicious legume most popular in Japanese cuisine. They are high in protein, vitamins and minerals. To cook, simply boil for 5 minutes, drain the water and sprinkle with salt. Eat the beans out of the pod.
