Ask R U OK? Any Day

In the SES, we look after each other on the frontline and when the uniform comes off.

Take a moment to check in with your mates, your crew, your family, your neighbours and those around you.

🗨 Ask: Are you ok
👂🏼Listen with an open mind
🚶🏻Encourage Action
🧡Take time to check in

Meaningful conversations can change lives - today is our reminder.
