Macedon Primary School sits in the Macedon Ranges, about 60kms from Melbourne. It offers learning experiences in all areas of VELS as well as specialist lessons in Music, PE, Visual Art and Indonesian. The curriculum is enhanced by a comprehensive outdoor education and camping program. The children appreciate the unique opportunity to utilise Middle Gully Reserve, a 5 acre environmental project across the road from the school.

BUILDING RESILIENCE IN KIDS

Macedon Primary School invites you to a parent/carer session supporting you to build resilience in your children.

Resilience is the ability to cope with the ups and downs of life. Learn how you can help kids develop skills, habits and attitudes for building resilience. Resilience is not just about managing current stressors but also developing skills for dealing with challenges throughout life and enhancing mental health.

Come along and be reassured, reminded of something, or perhaps learn something new.

Presented by Loddon Mallee Regional Parenting Service.
