🚒 JULY RECAP – FRNSW 371 Macksville 🚒
July was another busy month for the crews at Station 371 Macksville, responding to 15 incidents across our local community.
During the month, our crews attended:
🔥 1 Structure Fire
🚨 3 Automatic Fire Alarms
🌿 2 Yard Fires
🤝 2 Assist Public Incidents
🚑 2 Assist Ambulance Calls
⚡ 1 Electrical Fire
🚒 2 Standby Responses
🚜 1 Machinery Fire
🌳 1 Bush Fire
Beyond emergency responses, our firefighters also remained active in the community by carrying out:
🏠 Home Fire Safety Visits
💧 Fire Hydrant Inspections

Heaters need space. A lot of it.

Keep curtains, bedding, lounges, throws and drying racks at least one metre away.

Switch them off before you leave the room or go to bed. Never use outdoor heaters indoors.

🚒 THANK YOU, MACKSVILLE! 🚒

A big thank you to everyone who came along to our Open Night at FRNSW Station 371 Macksville last night. It was fantastic to see such a great turnout and so many people interested in learning more about Fire and Rescue NSW and the role of an On-Call Firefighter.

We hope everyone enjoyed meeting our crew, seeing our trucks and equipment up close, and gaining an insight into the training, teamwork and commitment involved in serving the community.

If you attended and are considering becoming an On-Call Firefighter, we encourage you to take the next step. It's a rewarding opportunity to learn valuable skills, be part of a close-knit team, and make a real difference when your community needs you most.
