This family home was in need of renovation, but instead it will be demolished to make way for a new apartment block.

The Australian Heritage and Conservation Party (AHCP) is being established for the protection, conservation, and promotion of all categories of Australian Heritage and communities. Heritage and conservation in Australia are at an all-time low. Many heritage buildings, natural environments, and indigenous sites are destroyed every year. There are many Heritage Items currently under threat in death row awaiting their fate. Many of these sites are heritage listed. Communities, organisations, individuals and natural environments suffer major stress when part or all of their communities and environments are threatened or destroyed. There are many single voices, action groups, and heritage conservation groups demonstrating and lobbying outside Australian Parliaments. However, there is no United Voice on the inside of any Australian parliaments. Through this representation, we present why heritage, conservation and communities now need a direct and separate representation within our Parliaments.
