Just a quick heads-up that the Shire will be conducting fuel hazard reduction burns within the Manjimup Townsite, commencing today, Monday 7 September 2026.

๐Ÿ”ฅThe planned burns will depend on weather conditions and available resources.

There may be some inconvenience from smoke while the burns are underway, but these important works help reduce fuel loads and protect our community from the threat of bushfire.

If you have concerns about the effects of smoke, we recommend keeping your windows and doors closed while smoke is present.

Thanks everyone for your understanding and stay safe! ๐Ÿ˜Š
