Happy Monday - See below our 'What's ON' in the pool this week.

Some exciting news in the Gym!

We’re thrilled to see our Aqua Instructor Anne stepping into the gym this week. Anne will now be a permanent fixture, taking our Thursday 5:45am “Morning Momentum” class.

Morning Momentum is a high-intensity interval training class designed to kick-start your day with energy! This session will leave you feeling strong, motivated, and energized for the day ahead.

Our $5 off 10 visit swim pass SALE continues. Last chance to top up your card with our sale ending on Sunday 31st May. Available to buy from our kiosk.

Our 'What's ON' for this week - due to popular demand we have added another SWIMFIT to our timetable. Starting this week we have added a Friday session - 9:30-10am. This session will be run by Matt.

Our 10 Visit general admission special is still on. Get $5 off a 10 visit swim pass until the end of May. Available to purchase from our kiosk.

Poolside profile time.....

Meet Tia - Tia discovered our facility 6 months ago and has never turned back. Recently commenting that ‘It’s been the best decision she has ever made’.

Tia frequently attends aqua aerobics and also drags a few of her close friends down for water exercise and coffee catch ups.

Something you may not know about Tia is she once owned a fancy dress shop called ‘Disguise the Limit’. She believes there should be no limits to sequins, wigs, fake moustaches or grown adults dressed up as bananas etc.

One thing we do know is Tia definately brings the fun & glam to our facility.

Tia’s favourite thing about the Manly pool isn’t just the exercise, its also the amazing staff, Instructors and the wonderful crowd of people who turn aqua aerobics into a daily social event with bonus fitness thrown in.
