💻 What if the question isn’t how much screen time children have… but what they’re doing with it?
A landmark study involving 176,000 children found that what children watch, how they watch it, and who they watch it with matters far more than screen time alone. The research points to something called purposeful screen time - experiences that are shared, interactive and rich in language. The kinds of digital experiences that spark conversations, build vocabulary, support comprehension and nurture a lifelong love of stories.
