Community Lifestyles Agency Inc was formed in 1989 and incorporated in July 1990. We currently provide Service Delivery Supports for a range of individuals and their families across the Fraser Coast Region. Based in Maryborough, in the heart of the Fraser Coast community, Community Lifestyles Agency Inc. seeks to ensure that our client's have every opportunity to take on the valued roles of their choice.

What a perfect day to get out and make the most of the beautiful Fraser Coast weather! 🌊🌴

We had an absolute ball enjoying a friendly game of mini golf, spending time outdoors, staying active, and sharing plenty of laughs with friends along the way.

Activities like mini golf are about so much more than just having fun. Putting a range of valuable skills into action, including:
✅ Hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
✅ Concentration and problem-solving
✅ Taking turns and following instructions
✅ Social skills and teamwork
✅ Communication and positive sportsmanship
✅ Building confidence and resilience

Most importantly, it was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the fresh air, get moving, connect with others, and create wonderful memories together.

There's nothing better than a bit of friendly competition, lots of encouragement, and plenty of laughs on a beautiful day out! 🌟

🐾💚 The Joy of Animal Visits at CLA Day Service 💚🐾

One of the highlights of our week is always a visit from Leanne and her furry friends, Ted and the bunnies! 🐶🐰

From cuddles on the lounge to gentle pats and quiet moments spent together, these special visits bring so much happiness to our Day Service. The room is always filled with big smiles, laughter, and plenty of excitement when our four-legged friends arrive.

Spending time with animals can have many wonderful benefits. Animal interactions can help people feel calm and relaxed, encourage social connection, build confidence, and promote overall health and wellbeing. For many of us, a cuddle with Ted or the bunnies is a chance to unwind, connect with others, and simply enjoy the comfort that animals bring.

At CLA, we love creating meaningful experiences that support wellbeing, friendship, and community connection, and our animal visits do exactly that.

A huge thank you to Leanne, Ted, and the bunnies for bringing so much joy to our Day Service crew. We can't wait for your next visit! 🐾✨

We've got a fantastic mix of activities planned, including:

A sincere thank you to everyone who attended the Community Lifestyle Agency Annual General Meeting last night. It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past year, celebrate our successes, and look ahead to the future of our organisation.

As a not-for-profit disability support organisation, CLA relies on the leadership, governance, and guidance of a dedicated Board to ensure we continue to provide high-quality, person-centred supports to our participants and community. Our Board plays a vital role in overseeing the strategic direction, sustainability, and ongoing growth of the organisation.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Helen and Tom, who are stepping down from the Board after many years of dedication, leadership, and service. Your commitment to CLA and the people we support has made a lasting impact, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you have contributed. 💚

The next installment of our exciting Fab Lab Workshops begins the week of 7 September and runs for 12 weeks!

Learn the fundamentals of 3D design and printing while bringing your ideas to life. Participants develop technology, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills through engaging, hands-on projects.

🎨 Art Box - Creative Hands-On Art
Explore a range of creative techniques and projects in a fun and supportive environment. Build confidence, express your creativity, and develop new artistic skills alongside others.

Fab Lab is an innovative, skills-based program delivered in a dedicated workshop space designed to foster learning through creativity, technology, and practical experiences.
