Room 15 has been working on learning about and making their own interpretations of the classic pieces of art and different artists this term.
They have enjoyed searching for different art pieces and finding out how much some of them are worth!
We have researched Wassily Kandinsky, Pablo Picasso, Vincent Van Gogh and Andy Warhol so far. The students have had a lot of fun working with different mediums like water colours, oil pastels, acrylic paint, wax crayons, paper and glue.
Our class has really enjoyed being able to have time to be creative and let our imaginations run wild!!

We have had an update from 3P Photography, and they are only doing online ordering this year. No option for cash. You will not be receiving an envelope prior to Photo Day. If you need some assistance with ordering online, please come and visit the office or call us and we can help you through the steps.

ES6 students have been making excellent use of regular movement breaks and a wide range of sensory activities to help regulation and prepare for learning. They have shown great creativity by designing personalised sensory boards using everyday materials, tailored to their individual sensory input needs. Students have also been developing their sharing and turn taking skills while working together as a group to assemble a train track.
We are very proud of our students' creativity, effort, collaboration, and engagement in these activities.

Room 17 have had a busy start to the term. We have been to the zoo which we all loved, swimming lessons which was so much fun, lots of maths activities and social skill building with our classmates.

🏊‍♂️ Over the last two weeks, our students have been actively participating in swimming lessons, building their confidence in the water while developing important swimming and water safety skills. 🌊
Students have been learning essential techniques, practising safe behaviours around water, and improving their overall swimming ability in a fun and supportive environment.
We are so proud of the effort and progress everyone has made so far! 💙
