You must be empathetic and open to change when working collaboratively with families and other professionals. , a great deal of case work involves statutory investigation, analysis and critical thinking.

A CPP4 also manages complex cases, uses their suitable qualifications and relevant experience to problem solve and present matters to the Children's Court of Victoria, as required.
