Israel has pulled off a success more amazing than winning Eurovision.
Suddenly Israel has a frum (observant) Prime Minister but also respects the minority Arab population in particular the Bedoin in the Negev, whose illegal expansion into a proto-state will be replaced by becoming a recognised part of the Israeli legal system: incidentally, it is one more example of the counterproductive attempts to ban something like Drugs because they do not go away but become bigger, stronger and remain out-of-control. However, such a treatment of non-Jews living in Israel is according to Jewish Law that requires resident strangers 'within your gates' to be treated as one's self. Jews in Moslem countries, when tolerated (which was quite often for short times) had to pay a special Tax and were subject to restrictions; Jews should do the same in the Jewish State for Moslems; adapt sharia law in reverse.
All the people throughout the world cheering the end of Mr Netanyahu may be just as disappointed when the replacement Government turns out to be much the same but with different spokes-people and apologists just as is happening in the United States on some issues including Defense and Security, which is not surprising when we remember that 'Government' is mostly the Executive which is the private (in the sense of hidden) sector that does not change and applies the Laws in their own Regulated way or not at all if the Judiciary (the third branch of 'Government') participate.

I don't suppose anyone reads these posts because I cannot promote them, even to people who liked New Whig after they have dropped off the list. Anyhow, I think this platform is a disgusting corporate monopoly that evades taxes and avoids regulation. Perhaps the United Nations should open a branch in Cyberspace. But nothing will change, with our corrupt Criminal Justice System that promotes dangerous illegal drugs with free injecting rooms while making Lawyers rich destroying the lives of recreational drug users with a Record and the Psychological torture of arrest, body-cavity-searches and verbal (and probably physical) abuse. More important, it feeds international crime, normalizes tax evasion and makes it easy for the Cyber-Barons to emulate the Drug-Barons. The Chinese are wise to keep separate from the rest of Cyberspace, but is the only wise thing they have done while making enemies of the rest of the world and setting themselves up for the greatest humiliation in Han History.

Yemina, New Hope signed on to a halt on all demolition of illegal Bedouin structures in the Negev for the next three months as well as recognition of three towns within 45 days of the government’s establishment.

The International Criminal Court is clearly corrupt. It is not just the fruit by which we judge this tree, not just the concentration on Israel of all countries guilty of violating Human Rights, but the inevitable complicity in the International Drugs Trade that keeps this evil illegal, making Legal Work, that has now found its way into Melbourne where a free injecting palace is being set up in the City Center to cater for the increasing illegal trade in Hard Drugs ,while Cannabis still nets thousands of people a month to destroy their young lives to make money for Judges, Lawyers and vast Bureaucratic Departments, that clearly infects the Law up to the highest, international levels.

I doubt if anyone reads this. I don't post any more because FaceBook are [expletive deleted} but this story is too terrible to ignore. The world is descending into chaos, and all anyone worries about is the Wu Han Flu. We need to know it was artificially created in a Laboratory and hence not something that can happen naturally and hence not such a threat to our species.

It is a celebrity-bubble about to burst. Will it bring down Oprah? Or will she quietly float away, precipitating their inevitable demise? Will people wake from being 'woke'? It will not help really important social issues including fixing the corrupt Criminal Justice System and counter-productive Fiscal Policy (tax).
Now, all their senior staff are 'white males'. despite their sermons on diversity. As Professional Celebrities, they sell their lives but desire privacy amongst all the publicity and notoriety. Did they send out their vague slurs as un-named Royals, with no reason, expecting someone would admit to being racist or real racism would be exposed, but there is none, as Prince William said, they are very much NOT a racist family.

Anti-China prejudice that is growing in Australia is caused in part by the Mainland Chinese government's policies of International Aggression and Human Rights as well as the insensitive arrival of Chinese people into our suburbs, who do not learn to speak English kill off our local wild-life including birds and do things on property boundaries that are a nuisance or ugly.

A century ago Franz Lehar wrote an Operetta called 'The Land of Smiles', about China where people smile politely to cover true feelings and ends with tragic separation due to incompatible cultures. What was true then seems to have remained valid, as History repeats itself each generation.

The Yoo-rrook Justice Commission has been set up to expose the truth about past and present Aboriginal Injustice.
New Whig has long supported Aboriginal issues. We wrote a Truth Commission wad the most important request from the meeting from the heart of Australia that also called for Treaties and an audible, listened-to voice. Hopefully, it will lead to a purging of the collective soul.

Perhaps New Whig will make a submission, with our idea of a future Australia where both our Aboriginal and British heritages in Culture and Sovereignty are united and we fly a single flag combining both.

We also believe that it is not only our indigenous peoples with whom we must reconcile but also the indigenous, Native Environment. While our cultural aesthetic remains colonial and foreign, we will never be comfortable living within these shores. In the description of the Yoorook Commission there is no mention of Country. We understand 'Country' to mean The living Land in which people are part. It is a hierarchy of ecosystems that are totally obliterated in our alienating cities and eradicated by agriculture that ironically calls itself 'the bush'.

What of the Law? Omitted at both a personal level and also in general principles. There is no wider analysis of the relationship between Aboriginal Sovereignty and our Australianised British Rule of Law . More importantly, why are Aboriginal people more prevalent in the Criminal Justice System? Why is incarceration the principal form of education for most Aboriginal Youth?

What of due recognition for important aspects of Australian Culture that derive from Aboriginal Culture? Mateship, care for the little person, women's equality, the level playing field and love of travel to name a few that were already universal by the First World War, despite Australia being sparse with slow contact between the Colonies. For the first few generations, there were far more men than women here. People are so proud to be descended from Convicts that no one wants to think they could have had any of the many soldiers and other Officers etc who came out to control the convicts and who would have found local wives before they went back. It is regarded as s*xist and racist now to comment how attractive Aboriginal women were to European Men. Due partly in being less inhibited by Xian prudery and partly the attraction of difference. Until quite recently, and perhaps still in some places, certain men were known the be a 'Gin-man' using a colonial word for Aboriginal Woman, that didn't then have pejorative connotations and is reminiscent of the adage, 'once you go black, you never go back'. Anyone whose ancestors in Australia go back more than a few generations probably is genuinely indigenous.

Why does Yoo-rrok have the letter 'r' twice together? How is it pronounced? Is it a rolled r? Is it a kind of consonant/diphthong? Has it a double sound, 'r-r'? This and other mysteries may never be revealed, like secret adult-business that is only told to the initiated.

People are often curious about unborn children, especially when their parents are different in some way. Is curiosity about the s*x of the child s*xist because gender should matter so little that s*x is of no interest? If someone had speculated on the child inheriting Harry's ginger hair no one would have blinked an eyelid and some would lay odds on it.
The problem with Meghan's skin is not its pigmentation but its thickness. She has a very thin skin and quickly feels a punch when someone accidentally brushes up against them, the main cause of punch-ups in crowded pubs.
Curiosity about a child's skin colour is only racism when it is singled out for significance amongst all human variations and used as a marker of social status. Shockingly, racism and other types of social prejudice have persisted into this century. Perhaps Meghan's mistaken accusations against the Royal Family will make the world more egalitarian and it has already empowered a lot of people who lacked a sense of equal worth.
It could all still have a fairy-tail ending, with tearful reconciliations including within Meghan's own family. Perhaps when it is possible, the entire family could be flown over by one of the Red Top Newspapers that published the damaging lies in the first place. 'Red Top' is colour prejudice, but class prejudice not race.
New Whig is not Royalists and wants to keep the Crown at the core of our Constitution for practical reasons that do not depend on the royal persons themselves. The Commonwealth countries that have a local 'head of state' including a couple with their own Monarch all have an indigenous person at the top of their social pyramid. When the leading Australian Aboriginal person is leads a dominant Indigenous Australian Culture, then we will qualify to divorce the Crown from our Constitution. This is the principal difference between the Caribbean Realms and New Zealand, Canada and Aus. Papua New Guinea remains a Realm because there are too many different language-groups (the most of any country in the world) to enable easy local selection.
It is too easy to judge the recent past by the standards of the expected future. The Monarchy is a dynamic, living system that has adapted in the past the changes, including Democratisation. Social Change plays out within individual families, and on a wide scale general benefits can be achieved by the developments in a single, well publicised family. It is a mistake to equate our present system of Democratic Monarchy with either totalitarian, royal rule or with Historic social power structures including Slavery that has existed since ancient times in all forms of government including Republics such as Rome and the United States of America until the Eighteenth Century Enlightenment and the Industrial Revolution when people started to be more self-aware enabled Social Mobility..
Our Royal Family needs to reconcile. They have tried to maximise the pressure on Prince Harry by cutting off his prized Military appointments in the hope he will somehow make it right. Perhaps Meghan will acknowledge that she was wrong to think her son automatically deserved the title of Prince as he is not yet a Grand-Son of the Sovereign. The Dukedom of Suss*x comes with other titles that it is the parent's choice not to use. If they have 'steeped back' as British Royals, how can they deserve Security from the British Government when living abroad and shirking their Royal Duties.
What effect all this must be having on His Royal Highness Price Philip is worrying to imagine. Has he spoken to Harry? How can they refuse to bring their babies to meet him as soon as the next one is weaned. The Queen has been criticised for not speaking against racism, but it has become a political topic and Her Majesty has led by example not be words, being Head of a multi-racial Commonwealth where all countries are equal.

FaceBook should be Nationalised. It has become a Monopoly after developing such good technology, but those resources should be managed by the State. In the same way that Electricity Generation is Government Owned but has private consumer suppliers, the InterNet must cease to be privately owned.

The first decade of the Nineteenth Century, then the second decade of the Twentieth was plagued with war. Will it be the third decade of the twenty-first century, our Twenty-Twenties that will see the nuclear Armageddon so often predicted to precede the Age of Aquarius.?

Repeated warnings of the threat from the totalitarian Peking Government have largely been ignored. The United Nations Security Council devotes most of its time and resolutions in Jew-hating, anti-Zionist racism instead of confronting China.

If we are truly a species able to control our own destinies, with personal Free Will and an ability to consciously direct our Communal minds, 'the will of the people', towards ideals instead of mob-rule, then we may be able to thwart the Momentum of History and avoid the cataclysm, while peacefully transitioning to a harmonious future.

If popular protests in Thailand can remove the Military Government and restore Democracy, then, possible Russia might follow, and if Mr Putin is toppled it is feasible to consider the possibility of Mr Xi and his entire totalitarian apparatus could crumble, like so many other regimes in China's long, complicated and brutal History. We wish all the Han people good luck because we like the people, but are genuinely afraid of how they have become self-organized. If they do proceed with their ambition of ruling the world through brute-force, then they will ultimately be defeated and humiliated because it has been show repeatedly that ultimately a free nation must survive better under adversity and adapt better towards ultimate victory than a totalitarian enemy.

Already, the Irish Republic is falling out with the EU and siding with Britain and the North. In sport there is 'All Ireland' that is different from a United Ireland. China is very similar with a break-away Province or County allied to or part of the Anglo-Aliance. China needs to change to wanting 'All China' that is not politically one. However, in Ireland's case it is just a matter of time before the Southern Counties on the Island of Ireland leave Europe and rejoin the English-speaking Commonwealth and then the United. Kingdom.

Brexit actually happened. Now let us see if the potential benefits flow Australia's way. It is certainly a momentous new start to this decade of the Twenty-Twenties, perhaps more significant than the change in the Unites States of America's Presidency. The United Kingdom (now a sovereign realm in its own right again) is still under severe lock-down as their second Covid-wave is resurging. Coming out of the severe restrictions due to the Virus (when that happens) will be perfectly timed for developing new relationships across the Channel. The withdrawal of the Chinese behind their newly red-painted bamboo curtain is also a timely boon for Britain. Perhaps, if History is eventually kind to him, Mr Trump will be remembered for his achievements, more in his first term than many Presidents hope for in two, and his part in endorsing Brexit might be acknowledged with gratitude if Brexit is a success. This afternoon, Her Majesty the Queen will deliver the traditional message to the Commonwealth; it is usually pre-recorded, but perhaps this year it will be 'live' as such broadcasts are now frequent; Her Majesty's Sovereignty is the essence of Brexit.

AN exhausted British negotiating team will land back in Blighty tonight having secured our future as a prosperous, independent nation after more than 40 years under the umbrella of the European Union.

Sad that FaceBook won't let me promote my posts. The Republic of Ireland is starting to think about leaving the EU. We promoted a post a couple of years back in Ireland that suggested this and then rejoining the UK. Many messages people left condemned this idea because The Troubles must never be forgiven and enemies must maintain their hatred into future generations.

Despite everyone saying they don't want a hard Brexit, it must be privately desired by many as it may happen. Unlike Aus, the UK is facing strict lock-down to repress a resurgence of the virus.

IRELAND is guaranteed to get an increasingly raw deal from the EU after Brexit when it comes to fishing quotas, which will in turn fuel 'growing disenchantment' against Brussels, a former diplomat has predicted.

For four or more years, New Whig has believed that a Hard Brexit would be best for Australia, and hoped we could fill the void in trade with both the UK and the EU that they lose by stopping trading with each other. Instead of both buying each other's wine and cheese, they can both buy it from us and from New Zealand. Australia has almost completely lost the Mainland Chinese market that is gradually winding down sector by sector, as they develop their own sources of supply under their control as part of the Han Empire. We are part of an Anglo-Alliance that is stronger than our location in the Eastern Hemisphere, or the re-emerging power of indigenous sovereignty.

Being Monarchists (not Royalists) we welcome Brexit to strengthen the links through the shared Crown including Security as well as Trade. Those same Arts Lovies also blindly stick to the French Enlightenment's opposition to the Absolute Royal Rule of the Roman Catholic Countries, that they mistakenly impose onto our enlightened Democratic Monarchy. There is also sympathy for Irish Republicans who perpetuate historical abuse as unforgiving hatred.

However, we predicted that Brexit would not happen, largely do to the persistent opposition and undermining throughout Whitehall and among Intellectuals. Each time it nearly happened we wrote this same thing. While we are holding our breath hoping it does actually happen, and it still might, there is every chance that the closer this new deadline gets, the more likely that it will explode and evaporate and be quickly forgotten in this viral cloud of Economic repression.

The problem with Brexit is that they haven't been able to convince more people to give it a fair chance. It became Politicized and remains an ideological issue. Particularly throughout the influential Arts Network, there is a group-mind that includes some never-questioned prejudices, including most noticeably the anti-Semitism in their anti-Zionism. Believing Brexit was a bad idea might have been plausible before the vote. But once a group decides to do something, everyone needs to come aboard and get with it, instead of constantly trying to scupper it.

The mental image of Mr Johnson and Mrs von der Leyen alone in a room having make-up s*x and coming out happily united is for Comedians to portray. It is something that happened in the days of Absolute Monarchy where Kings married their enemies' daughters, as in a few of Shakespeare's Histories. Power is the most powerful aphrodisiac. Mr Johnson has children with multiple mothers, if gossip-mongers are to be believed. Mrs Ursula von der Leyen is respectably married and is unlikely to succumb to Mr Johnson's personal charms. Hence the humour in the unlikely image.

An irony of History that should be noted is that Mrs von der Leyen is not only from Hanover, but is the daughter of one of Hanover's leading families, going back to when Hanover and the UK were in Personal Union with the same Monarch till Victoria was next in line and was barred from Hanover that only had Kings and not a Queen Regnant. If she can seduce him into blinking first, she will have done as much as any 'harlot of history' while maintaining the standards of Personal Decency that is central to the dispute.

One imagines that Her Majesty the Queen of Australia and sixteen other realms must be biting her nails. As it is all an issue of Sovereignty, the hiding-away focus is the Sovereign. Really, more realms, as the six Australian States arguably are sovereign realms in our own right making seven here including the Commonwealth, not to be confused with the British Commonwealth that includes ours and dozens of other countries, of which Her Majesty is entitled the Head, a modern, gender-free euphemism for Emperor. The United Kingdom contains four Nations in Personal Union, but what sort of Sovereignty Her Majesty has there depends on the European Union, to some extent.

Having a Monarch is like having a parent or guardian in the other room, ready to step in if anyone does the wrong thing, resulting in everyone doing the right thing and the Chaperone or Security contingent remains unseen. The Republic of Ireland has the denigrated advantage of the Monarch next door expecting equal standards. Part of the Brexit dispute is who has higher standards, and whom cannot be trusted to behave decently.

The Europeans underestimate how well a free Britain could do in the world, as do the introspective, short-sighted proponents of the failed status quo. We are counting down to real the start of the Twenty-twenties, perhaps more like the Eighteen-Twenties than the Nineteen-twenties where people over-did the Restoration and hubris led to a century of catastrophes. Sadly, the French went from absolutist Napoleon to Royalist Charles X, and the Literati followed, so that was the end of that. Perhaps this century things will be different, but as ever, East and West remain polar opposites, with Australia caught in the cross-winds.
