The Broadmeadows Structure Plan - March 2012 and the Phase 3 Consultation Reports, are now available online at http://planning4broadmeadows.com.au/

Planning for Broadmeadows for the next 20 years includes improving opportunities for employment growth and public investment. The Broadmeadows Structure Plan sets a long term vision for the future of the area through private and public sector investment.

The Broadmeadows Structure Plan was adopted by Hume City Council on 26 March 2012, after three years of preparation by the Department of Planning and Community Development and Hume City Council.

The community is invited to provide feedback on the Draft Broadmeadows Structure Plan.
The draft plan sets out a shared vision for the future growth and development in Broadmeadows and identifies changes to land uses, building size and design, and public spaces.
