After not quite enough deliberation, caution has been thrown to the wind and we are just putting it out there that we reckon that Seaford should have it's own community garden.....and it should be at the Down's Estate property which was purchased by Frankston Council as it currently doing very little. These are two distinct concepts as the amazing Councillor Christine Richards (who should have a f

lowing cape trailing behind her) has pointed out. We can have the Seaford Community Garden at another site, yes, but the Down's estate needs to be put to use for something and the community actually wants a say in how it is used. We want to get some Produce Garden/Jamie Oliver/World Peace action going on, include the local schools, create employment and promote healthy living.
