The Lions Club of McCrae and District, together with our sponsors, recognise this lighthouse as an icon of major significance for the community of McCrae and the broader peninsula. Our "motto" gave us the idea of dressing up this landmark in a splash of coloured light that can be changed to reflect the spirit of special occasions.
