Our main buyer is ASHLIN BPG MARKETING which is one of the biggest wholesale and retail chains in Canada and North America. We manufacture some of their product range like gents wallets, ladies wallets, handbags, laptop case etc. They are suppliers to government departments like RCMP(Canadian Police) as well as Montreal Police and many more. They also supply to companies like Lexus, Zegari, etc. Since inception the Design Edge family has celebrated over ten years of uninterrupted work - from manufacturing leather goods concern to customizing goods for various MNC’s in India like Planman Media, Pulsar Knowledge Centre, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Max Life Insurance, Aviation Industry (Hindavia Aeronauticals), Government PSU’s like Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd., Powertel etc. Any wonder then our years of experience, coupled with advanced technology has now placed us among the upcoming manufacturer in leather industry. Factory Setup (India):
We are equipped with all kinds of leather stitching machines including Flat bed machines, Cylinder bed machines and Heavy duty machines. We are also equipped with high quality Skiving machine, Eyelet buttonhole machine, Snap button machine, Rivet punching machine, Belt cutting machine and Embossing machine. We excel in designing, pattern making, cutting, printing and packaging, which is taken care of within the factory premises hence making not only economical but also a highly reliable and effective source to meet the requirements of myriad customers and their individual requirements. We have been using all kinds of leathers including Napa leather( goat, sheep as well as cow), goat glazed, cow and calf antique, cow softy, buff leather, buff analine, goat and cow split, Suede(goat, sheep and cow ), all types of natural dry mill(NDM) as well as printed leathers like PDM, YDM, DDM, Croco print ,Ostrich print etc. We use high quality Korean and Taiwanese fittings in all are products. We have facilities to customize fittings as well as linings for those who would be requiring the same. Quality Control

Ensuring strict quality checking procedures are followed at each level of production, good quality supporting material, adhesives and fittings are continuously checked to ensure a quality product. And of course in collaboration with some very famous designers we have a line to showcase every season.In fact at Design Edge, this highly skilled craftsmanship and creativity is interpreted from season to season to address the changing trends of fashion. Not surprising then, our products are exported mainly to North America where they are showcased at leading department stores. Our patrons comprise of people who appreciate quality leather... and also our efforts to produce them in an environment friendly manner. We firmly believe that creativity works at its best when it is supported by Technology. So, we have constantly reviewed our setup and upgraded the facilities to create products that are even better than our own past creations. But of course without letting go of traditional methods of working that add the very special touch to the finished products.
