The Image Library is a participatory, socially minded art project that uses social websites, email and this website to pass out an open invitation to all to contribute found internet images to The Image Library collection. We would like you to send found images you’ve sourced from the net. They can be anything you like as long as they have sharing permission. The images you send will be posted on

The Image Library website http://theimagelibrary.weebly.com and given a new life in the physical world by being printed and displayed in The Image Library on location in Melbourne. Anyone is free to visit the library and spend some time flicking through the collection. The location will be revealed at a later stage. No image will be used for commercial purposes!
