**Join a 'Smart Community' at Kingsford**
Residents in Peet Limitedâs new Kingsford at Point Cook community in Wyndham will have access to state-of-the-art telecommunications solutions through the Telstra VelocityÂŽ network.
Peet Limited CEO and Managing Director Brendan Gore confirmed that an agreement had been signed with Telstra to deliver the fibre-to-the-home network to the new community.
âKingsford has been designed as a modern community, and Telstraâs Velocity network will provide âfuture-readyâ communications solutions to residents,â said Mr Gore.
The Telstra VelocityÂŽ network will provides versatile communication services to new homes in the Kingsford community, including access to products like high speed broadband, multiple fixed line services, digital Free to Air TV, FOXTEL from Telstra, and uncompromised access to Telstraâs future broadband products and services as they become available.
Construction at Kingsford began in March, with the first homesites being offered to homebuyers later this year.
Mr Gore said the plans for the community reflect the forward-looking outlook of the community namesake, aviation pioneer Sir Charles Kingsford Smith.
âKingsford will demonstrate best practice in quality planning and community design,â he added.
âBy incorporating fibre-to-the-home technology into Kingsford at the outset, Peet is creating a quality community environment that will suit the needs and lifestyles of a range of homebuyers,â said Mr Gore.
