Today, weโ€™re wearing purple for Wear it Purple Day ๐Ÿ’œ

Our Commissioner, Sue Woodward AM, and Assistant Commissioners Nadine Clode and Cate Bennett, are proud to stand alongside people across Australia in showing their support for LGBTIQA+SB young people and their allies.

We recognise the courage they demonstrate every day by speaking up, standing up, and driving positive change in their communities.

We also want to recognise and thank the many registered charities working every day to support LGBTIQA+SB people across the country โ€“ providing safe spaces, connection, advocacy, health and wellbeing services and helping to build more inclusive communities.

Australia is richer for the work you do. ๐Ÿ’œ

We'll be offline tonight from 5pm to midnight (Sydney/Melbourne time).

The ACNC website, Charity Register and Charity Portal will be temporarily unavailable while we carry out scheduled maintenance.

Thanks for your patience while we complete this work.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Governing for Good forum today, where we reflected on how we can work together to support a strong, vibrant and trusted charity sector. We left inspired by the openness, practical ideas and shared commitment to strong governance, meaningful partnerships and making it easier for charities to focus their energy and resources where they matter most โ€“ delivering on their purpose.
