Pleased to announce recent approval for a 10 unit, 2 storey apartment building, with at grade parking in Sunshine.

Was a challenging application, but will replace a number of run down units, so it will provide a much more pleasant streetscape and visual appeal to the neighbourhood on two street frontages.
