Such reckless actions not only threaten maritime safety but also disrupt the peace and stability of the entire Indo-Pacific. We call upon the international community to stand against these illegal provocations. Taiwan remains steadfast in safeguarding our waters and defending the rules-based international order!

海底電纜承載全球大量資訊流通，也與金融、醫療、通訊及日常經濟運作密切相關。面對日益複雜的安全挑戰，台灣自 2023 年以來累積第一線經驗，包括辨識可疑船舶活動、監控異常軌跡，以及處理相關執法限制，具有實際參考價值。

台灣持續以務實方式，為區域韌性及國際夥伴合作作出具體貢獻。台灣適切參與相關國際機制與技術對話，也有助於強化共同安全，減少制度性盲點。
