SCFOL VIC was formed to promote labor values & create future leaders by actively participating in Australian mainstream politics, contributing in policy making and strengthening the relationship between subcontinent communities and Australian Labor Party Subcontinent Friends of Labor Victoria (SCFOL Vic) was formed and announced on 17th Oct.2014, during a gala dinner in Melbourne in the presence

of then Victorian Leader of Opposition, the Hon. Subsequently it was incorporated as "SUBCONTINENT FRIENDS OF LABOR VIC INC” on 27-10-2014. Our Mission: Connecting members of the Subcontinental community with the labor movement to promote ALP & its values. Our Vision: Creating future leaders by actively participating in Australian mainstream politics, contributing in policy making and strengthening the relationship between subcontinent communities and Australian Labor Party. To integrate subcontinental community into mainstream Australian politics as an integral part of Australian Labor Party
2. To promote labor values within the Australian community of Asian and South Asian origin.
3. To participate in policy forums and contribute in policy making for the Party and country at various level and sectors
4. To create future leaders for all level of the government to serve the interest of country and Australian people.
