17 May | IDAHOBIT

Today we stand for dignity, respect and inclusion.

IDAHOBIT is a reminder that everyone deserves to feel safe, valued and able to be themselves.

At TSA, our stance is clear: Where everyone belongs isn’t just a message — it’s how we show up for each
other, every day.

Together, we continue to build workplaces and communities grounded in understanding, equality and belonging.

ANZAC Day calls us to remember the true cost of war.

It is a day to reflect on the suffering, loss and lasting trauma experienced by those who have lived through its cruelty—past and present. This pain must never be romanticised or glorified. To do so would diminish the sacrifice of those who endured and those who did not return.

We remember not to celebrate war, but to understand its consequences—and to reaffirm our shared responsibility to seek peace.

Lest we forget

🌏 Earth Day is a reminder that small actions really do add up.
Here are some simple ways we can all care for our planet—today and every day:
💧 Save water & energy – Turn off taps, fix leaks, switch off lights, unplug devices and choose energy‑efficient options where you can.
♻️ Reduce, reuse, recycle – Cut down on waste, avoid single‑use items and choose products with minimal packaging.
🥗 Eat sustainably – Choose more plant‑based meals and support local, seasonal produce.
📣 Share knowledge – Talking about environmental issues helps inspire action and change.
✊ Support systemic change – Vote, advocate, support community movements and hold decision‑makers accountable.
🛍️ Use less plastic – Bring reusable bags, bottles and containers.
🥕 Reduce food waste – Plan meals, use leftovers and compost where possible.
👕 Choose slow fashion – Support ethical, sustainable clothing brands.
🚶 Travel differently – Walk, cycle, carpool or use public transport when you can.
🌳 Plant trees – Trees help clean our air and protect our climate.
💚 Earth Day shouldn’t be just one day. Let’s keep choosing care, connection and sustainability all year round.
