1 x king, 1 x double,1 x single (converts to double),1xbunk and bonus fold out sofa in lounge room (linen not supplied for trundle and sofa bed but hiring and setup can be arranged for an additional cost) 2 bathrooms (1 with bath) plus laundry. Modern kitchen with Gas stove and oven, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. There is a large open plan living and dining area complete with large plasma TV and DVD player. Sunny entertainment deck and BBQ area to take in the views and ocean breezes. Double garage with remote access. Wheel chair access into property.
