We have arrived! Stage 3 students have made it safely to The Great Aussie Bush Camp. We have had lunch and are heading to Rock climbing and canoeing. The sun is shining and we are all very excited!

St George Performing Arts Festival 2026. Well done to all our participating students. You sang your hearts out and danced until you dropped. We loved seeing you all under the bright lights. What a fabulous showcase of public school talent.

KINDERGARTEN 2027. We had our first ‘Spring into School’ playgroup for our 2027 families. A wonderful morning out in the sunshine full of connection and play. Our playgroup runs every Friday for four weeks as we develop a sense of belonging and familiarity, key steps in ensuring a successful transition to Kindergarten here at Penshurst West Public School for the year ahead.

Congratulations to our students who represented PWPS at the District Athletics Carnival. Special mention to Martina, who placed 3rd overall in discus; Prince, who placed 3rd overall in the 200m; Ali, who placed 3rd overall in the 100m, 200m, and 800m; and Hudson, who placed 1st in the 100m.

When Mary Poppins and the Mad Hatter visited PWPS, we celebrated our love of books with a character parade and a book fair during Book Week 2026.
