Emergency services are currently in attendance at a house fire on Maryvale Road, Morwell.
The road is closed between Hannah Street and Ashley Avenue.
Please avoid the area if possible.

Payson is described as being Caucasian with red-purple hair and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black skirt, black slides and carrying an overnight bag.

DID YOU SEE THE UNFOLDING CHAOS? 👀

Traralgon Police are appealing to anyone that may have witnessed a traffic incident in Traralgon this morning.
At approximately 10:27am a vehicle was stolen, with a trailer attached, with another vehicle (insecurely attached) on the trailer. Shortly after taking off, the alleged car thief lost his load, with the car coming off the trailer on Ormond Road.
The driver continued on through the Traralgon CBD, knocking over signs and poles. The vehicle finally came to a stop on Mabel Street, after multiple important vehicle parts fell off. The offender, a 19 year old Pakenham man was arrested at the scene.
Thankfully no one was injured during the incident.

Police are seeking assistance with an incident, which occurred at approximately 9:00 pm on Friday 15 May 2026.

Police are calling for witness, CCTV or dashcam footage to identify 4 offenders riding motorbikes on the 10th green of a Golf Club in Yallourn.

The offenders have ridden over the green performing skids and burnouts resulting in significant damage to the entire green, causing an estimated $50,000 damage.

The offenders were last seen riding towards Lake Narracan and Thompsons Road Moe.
