🌡️ 25m Lap Pool Temperature Update 🌡️

We would like to apologise to our patrons for the recent drop in temperature in our 25m lap pool over the last few days.

Our team has been working closely with technicians to identify and repair the issue, and while the recovery has been a gradual process, we are pleased to advise that the pool temperature has reached 27°C today and is continuing to climb.

We understand how important a comfortable swimming environment is for our members and visitors, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked through this unexpected issue.

✨ Did you know you can change your child’s class via the Active World app?

Follow these quick steps:
• Open the Active World app.
• From the home page, select ‘Manage My Account’.
• Select ‘Change Class’ for the child whose class you wish to change. All available classes for the level that your child is currently in will appear here.
• Select the class that is most suitable for you and select ‘Book’. This will change your child’s permanent booking. Active World will let you know the date of the new class.

✨ Important notes:
• Please note that you cannot move up a level on Active World. If you have received notice that your child is ready to progress, please see our friendly GOswim staff to make that change for you.
• Please do not select the ‘Book Weekly Lesson’ button, as this creates an entirely new booking for your child.

For any issues or level progression, contact GOswim staff at our venue.

Hey GOswim families! 👏 If you’re unable to make it to your lesson, please mark your child absent in the Active World app – it helps us keep things running smoothly and lets you book a makeup class! 💙

Quick steps to do it right:
1. Go to your schedule in the app 📅
2. Mark absent at least an hour before your class starts ⏰ (the earlier, the better!)
3. Book your makeup class (you’ve got the next 7 days to do this from the lesson that is marked absent !)

Super easy and means your swimmer doesn’t miss out on a make up lesson! ✨ If you need any help, just chat to our friendly team at reception or give us a call.

👉 Are you logging into the Active World app for the first time?

Follow these below steps:
• Download the Active World app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Enter Moss Vale Leisure Centre when prompted
• After entering the centre, a login screen will open. From here, select ‘Forgot Password’.
• Enter the email address that you used to sign up your child (or yourself), then select ‘Enter’. An email will be sent to your email address to reset your password.
• From your email inbox, open the email from Active World and follow the prompts to create a new password. You will now be logged into the web browser portal of Active World.
• Reopen the app and log in using your email
address and the password you just created.
