Moyhu Primary School is looking to expand our pool of Casual Relief Teachers.

We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible educators who would be interested in casual teaching opportunities within our classrooms, as well as relief work on our travelling MACC (Mobile Art and Craft Centre) van, delivering engaging art programs to students across local schools.

If you are a registered teacher and would like to be considered for casual work with our school, please send your resume and contact details to [email protected].

Tomorrow from 10am AEST, our wonderful friends at Dilmah Tea will be MATCHING ALL donations received — dollar for dollar — up to $50,000 in celebration of International Tea Day and Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea Day! 🙌

That means:
💛 A $20 donation becomes $40
💛 A $50 donation becomes $100
💛 Every single dollar raised goes TWICE as far towards life-saving cancer research and support services.

But you’ll need to be QUICK — matching funds are limited and expected to go fast! ⏰

☕🎗️ It’s that time of year again, ladies and gentlemen!

For the third year in a row, Moyhu Primary School is proudly hosting our Biggest Morning Tea to help support the incredible work of the Cancer Council and raise funds for a very special cause.

We would love our wonderful community and surrounding communities to all come together for a cuppa, delicious treats baked by the staff and students, for a morning of connection while helping make a difference for those affected by cancer. Every donation, big or small, helps support vital cancer research, prevention programs, and support services.

🎶🍪 Treasures with Tunes is on this Saturday 9th May at the Moyhu Rec Reserve, and Moyhu Primary School will be there with a fantastic stall!
Our students have been busy baking up a storm and getting creative to prepare some delicious treats and handmade goodies to sell. Come along and grab some:
🍌 Banana cake
🍫 Brownies
🍬 Clinkers slice
🍋 Lemon slice
🍪 Yo-yos
🍪 Loaded choc chip cookies
We’ll also have:
🪴 Potted plants
🧵 Handmade scrunchies

A huge thank you to our students, families and staff for all their hard work preparing for the day. We’d love to see our community come along to support the school and enjoy a wonderful day out at Treasures with Tunes! 💙💛
