And that’s a wrap on the 25/26 pool season!! Another hectic year of swimming, fitness and fun in the sun!
The season couldn’t have started off better with high spring temperatures the water was on point for the first dips in October, all carnivals were thoroughly enjoyed by hundreds of school kids, lessons are building more and more every year (which is fantastic to see so many parents value the importance of swimming), the fitness crew had some great laughs while working out with Amy and Kauri, both swim clubs saw fantastic numbers and admirable comradery and last but not least the team we have at HiTide went above and beyond as they always do to try and make an enjoyable visit for all those coming in. The seasons end hasn’t been as enjoyable as the start only due to some not so favourable swimming weather and a few bouts of sickness among staff and patrons, but still some great times all the same!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the communities of Mundubbera and Gayndah. After 8 years in this game we’re still loving it like the first day and can’t wait to see you all back in the water in spring!
