Caldera Creative who organises the trail has been lucky enough to be nominated for one of Southern Cross Credit Union’s (SCCU) Community Grants.

A huge thank you to the The Recovery and Resilience Grants Program for the $10,000 grant received for the Murwillumbah Arts Trail for 2021. This festival of visual arts and a major community event was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid-19. The grant will support a re-staging of the event in 2021, featuring 100 visual artists, music and performances across Murwillumbah.

The NRCF Small Grants Program provides funds to organisations & groups that will strengthen & improve our communities across the Northern Rivers region.

Casino Council is seeking expressions of interest from community members wishing to be part of the mural’s artist selection panel, which will assess presentations and design concepts against the selection criteria.
