Is your child 8 years or older and ready to take their swimming to the next level?

Pop into Narrabeen Swim Academy (NSA) or Terrey Hills Swim School(Terrey Hills Baby upwards) and give us a try.

Train in our 25m heated pool, perfect for building fitness, endurance, technique and confidence in the water. We also have diving blocks(NSA), giving swimmers the opportunity to practise their starts, dives and race skills.

Whether they’re looking to improve their swimming, get fitter or start more structured training, we’d love to welcome them to NSA & THSS.

🦈 The sharks may be out at sea… but here at Terrey Hills Swim School and Narrabeen Swim Academy, you can enjoy your swim without them around! 😉

Our indoor heated pools are the perfect place to swim laps, exercise or simply enjoy some time in the water, no sharks required!

Public swimming passes are available at reception. Times and lane availability may change, so please check our websites before visiting.

Holiday Program is in full swim at Narrabeen Swim Academy.

What an amazing first week! Our swimmers have been building confidence, improving their technique, making new friends, and most importantly, having fun in the pool.

There's still plenty to look forward to in Week 2, including learning how to master the perfect starts and finishes, refine stroke technique, build race skills, and gain confidence in the water.

Week 2 kicks off on Monday, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back for another week of learning, laughter, and swimming success.

Another awesome 5:30am session at Narrabeen Swim Academy

Our early morning squad put in the work today with a tough set of 10 x 100m, holding some fantastic pace right through to the finish.

🔥 M– 1:25 pace

Consistency, determination and plenty of hard work in the pool. Well done to everyone who got up before sunrise to chase their goals.
