The Bendigo Bank Australian Farmland Values 2025 Mid-Year Update has delivered some sobering figures for the NSW rural property market. The number of rural property transactions fell 8% compared to the first half of 2024, and is sitting 13.7% below the five-year average.

Not great for harvest, but itโ€™s hard not to smile at the rain. Looks like weโ€™re measuring in terms of wheelbarrows again...
