Swimming season in Narrandera is held at the Lake Talbot Swimming Pool from October through to March/April.

Swimmers of the Year - Jack Ferguson & Billy Jess. These boys both met all aspects of the criteria -

Positive attitude

Attend Training & Time Trial nights

Swim all strokes at carnivals

Attend 3 x SISA swimming carnivals

Selection was done by the coaches & committee.

Jack was champion of his school carnival and has been improving every session & getting better times and has achieved his goal of getting all his strokes under 1 minute.

Billy was champion of his school carnival and runner up at his zone carnival. He has made the speedo & Brophy team and has trained hard all season.

Sonny was awarded our Swimming Point Score winner for the season at last nights presentation. Sonny had had a wonderful season breaking the 9yr boys 50m freestyle record at his school & zone carnivals. Qualifying for state swimming for 3 events and making the Speedo & Brophy team.

Our newest life members of NSC - Dycinta & Troy Lee.
The club are proud to have 2 new life members on board who were presented with their badges at last nights presentation night. These two have played a pivotal role in our club for many many years serving in numerous roles. They accommodate all our many requests and are only too happy to lend a helping hand whenever asked. We are very grateful to have had them as part of our club for so long.

Our 2025/26 club person of the year - Brodie Morton.
Nothing is ever too much to ask for Brodie. She’s one of the first to show up on club night and one of the last to leave. She keeps everyone happy & fed on the bbq each Tuesday night. She single handily delivered our catering to everyone on our carnival day. She never expects anything in return and we couldn’t think of a more deserving winner for the award. Well done Brodie!

📣 Important Announcement 📣
Anyone who wasn’t able to be at the final learn to swim session last night can collect there ribbons from the Narrandera East Infants School front office, not the pool. Ribbons will be here for 1 week so make sure you get them quickly if you want them.

Although the weather isn’t fabulous outside swimming club will GO AHEAD TODAY. These are our final lessons for the season so we want to make sure all the swimmers get there and get their ribbons at the end of their lessons. A nice warm sausage will warm you up after your lesson and the water is delightful!

Todays classes are still hoping to go ahead despite the weather and she's asked that even if you don't plan on letting your child swim that you still come to the pool to collect your child's certificate as this is the last session for the 25/26 season.
Can be collected from 430pm
