The Ten Minutes a Day program provides practical ideas on using stories, rhymes, songs and music to help children under two years develop early literacy skills. The 'Ten Minutes a Day' concept and program is made possible through the support of Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation. For parents and babies, 2 years and under. Borrow Baby Book Time packs, available for loan for 4 weeks at partic
