Thanks for the warm welcome Hello Hamilton 💛

We're so grateful to finally have a place to call home. A space where our friends can come together, share a meal, enjoy a coffee and, more recently, bond over a game or two 👀

This space is only possible because of the support of our community. If you'd like to help us continue creating a safe and welcoming place for people doing it tough, we'd love your support.

There's a new front door for anyone in Hamilton doing it tough 🧡

After 12 years of setting up in parks and plazas, Reach Homeless Services has found a permanent home at the Salvos Community Centre on Cleary Street.

Free food, hot drinks + breakfast packs
Clothes, blankets + toiletries
A warm, dry place to sit and chat
Every morning + Friday evenings

Everyone's welcome.

This space is a HUGE step forward for Reach Homeless Services and will allow us to support even more people in our community.

A new safe space, with improved access to food and necessities, is available in Hamilton to assist people experiencing homelessness.

And, it’s all thanks to a collaboration between City of Newcastle and two charitable organisations.

The Salvation Army’s Community Centre in Cleary Street is now a permanent home for Reach Homeless Services, with volunteers setting up every morning, as well as Friday evenings.

Well we have officially completely moved out of our warehouse in Mayfield West and into our home in Hamilton.

Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers and board members who spent their weekend coordinating, cleaning or transporting goods to help us get set up in our new home 💛

A big shoutout to the crew from Merewether High school's Community Initiative Club. You guys rock!!
