🚒 Celebrating 40 Years of Service 🚒

After an incredible 40 years of dedicated service to Fire and Rescue NSW, tomorrow morning at 8am we farewell Duty Commander Jim Murphie as he heads into retirement.

Jim’s commitment, leadership, knowledge and dedication to the Service and the community have been truly valued over the years.

Congratulations Jim on an outstanding career, and thank you for your 40 years of service. We wish you a long, happy and well-deserved retirement!

After an incredible 28 years of dedicated service to Fire and Rescue NSW, our wonderful ‘Fliss’ is officially retiring! ❤️‍🔥

Throughout the years, Fliss has been an incredible asset to the Metro North team, bringing her dedication, knowledge, humour and warmth to our office and Area Command. Her familiar face will certainly be missed around the place!

From all of us in Metro North, thank you, Fliss, for your many years of hard work, commitment and friendship. Your contribution has made a lasting difference, and we are so grateful for everything you’ve given to the team.
