A platform for cinema which you might otherwise miss, a festival to let the voices of the international LGBTIQ filmmaking community be heard and a celebration of the kaleidoscope of colours that makes up the intricate tapestry of the LGBTIQ community to which we all belong. 2013 festival will open on the International Day Against Homophobia & Transphobia (IDAHO), Friday 17 May and will run across the weekend, closing on the 19 May. In the lead up to our 2013 festival, shOUT and Q***r Screen will be showing some of the best q***r films on the first Sunday of each month @ 2pm at Tower Cinemas, King Street Newcastle. Tickets for each session are $15 and can be purchased via GENoz or on the door. So keep your eyes on our page for more details on each film.
